Launch of the Kinopoisk HD online movie theater;
Rebranding and redesign of the service;
Availability on various platforms: from TV to cars.
Problems:
Low market share among Russian online movie theaters;
Need for launch in Yandex Auto;
Different presentations of pricing plans across devices.
Solutions:
I led the project for launching Kinopoisk in Yandex Auto;
Developed an advertising landing page to attract new users;
Updated the presentation of pricing plans on all platforms.
Results:
Increase in the number of users and content views through Yandex Auto;
The number of payments grew by 20% (of which 60% were from new users).
